Julie's Daycare

 Hello,

My name is Julie Chester.  I have my own home daycare and would love to welcome your child to my growing business.  Below is a little information about me.  Feel free to check out some pictures of the daycare through the picture link above and do not hesitate to give me a call for any questions you may have.

As a teenager, I was known as the neighborhood babysitter and after high school I graduated as a personal support worker.  I have worked at numerous retirement and long term care homes in Ottawa such as St. Joseph Manor, Billings Lodge, Blackburn Lodge, Granite Ridge and many others with my training.  At these places I had the opportunity to care for Alzheimer's and Dementia patients, which could be very challenging.

  In my home daycare, I provide a safe and healthy environment for your little ones to grow and play. I have been running my daycare for 3 years now and love every minute.

I have my CPR First Aid and police record check. I also have references available. I have a 3 1/3 yrs old son who is going to St. Gabriels in Sept, I also have a 19 mth old daughter.

I take pride in running my daycare and understand that kids thrive on routine, However I do not run like a centre.

What Do I Offer?

Here, I provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and any special requests that you wish for your child's meals.  Please know that if any daycare child has allergies it will take precedence over any special request you may have. 

This house is a child safe environment which includes socket protectors and gates.  There is a children's playroom filled with fun toys.  Any TV show or movie the kids watch will always be under my supervision. The children are free to play in the backyard under my supervision and in the summer time we will be going on trips to the park in our area.
